Information Stored Locally on Your Device

SRD Combat stores gameplay information locally on your device so the game can function and preserve your progress. This may include save files, settings, parties, characters, campaigns, inventory, combat state, custom names, and similar gameplay data.

Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you choose to remove it, clear the app's data, uninstall the app, or use operating-system tools that delete app data.

Analytics and Crash Diagnostics

SRD Combat uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is used, fix bugs, improve performance, and prioritize future development.

The app may collect the following analytics and diagnostic information:

• App version, build number, platform, operating system, device model, language, and general region.
• Gameplay and usage events, such as screens viewed, session length, feature usage, progression milestones, and settings choices.
• Crash reports, error logs, stack traces, performance diagnostics, and information about what the app was doing when a crash or error occurred.
• Anonymous or pseudonymous installation identifiers used to group analytics and crash reports.

Crash reports can sometimes include technical context that contains user-generated names, saved-game state, or other local gameplay details if that information is part of an error report. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into character names, party names, campaign names, or other free-text fields.

How Information Is Used

Collected information is used to:

• Run the game and preserve local gameplay progress.
• Measure app stability, performance, and feature usage.
• Investigate crashes, errors, and technical problems.
• Improve gameplay, balance, user experience, and future development priorities.

SRD Combat does not sell personal information.

Sharing and Service Providers

SRD Combat may share analytics and crash diagnostic information with service providers that process data on the developer's behalf, including Google Firebase services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

If you download SRD Combat through Google Play or another app store, that store may process information under its own privacy policy. This Privacy Policy does not control the practices of Google Play, device manufacturers, operating-system providers, internet providers, or other third-party services.

This Privacy Policy page may be hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information about visits to this web page under its own privacy practices.

Accounts, Ads, Payments, and Multiplayer

The current version of SRD Combat does not provide developer-controlled user accounts, advertising, multiplayer services, or in-app payments.

Security

SRD Combat uses platform and service-provider safeguards designed to protect data in transit and restrict unauthorized access. No method of electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but the developer takes reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and limit data collection to information used for gameplay, diagnostics, analytics, and app improvement.

Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data is retained on your device until you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or your operating system removes it.

Children

SRD Combat is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact the developer so the issue can be reviewed.

International Users

The game and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Data protection laws may vary by location.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If SRD Combat later adds accounts, cloud saves, multiplayer, email signup, payments, advertising, user-generated online content, or other online features, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those features are released.
